If a client reserves their entertainment through Ultimate Party Central and wins the grand prize, full reimbursement of the retainer fee will be provided. All prizes are non transferable. Details are subject to change, based on Ultimate Party Central availability. No purchase necessary. Wedding Reception must take place in the state of New Jersey. Wedding reception venue must be able to accommodate all requirements of the services required. GIVEAWAY IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES IN THE STATES LISTED IN “ELIGIBILITY” BELOW AND IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THOSE STATES WHO MEET THE STATED ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the states of NJ, NY, PA, and CT aged 18 or older who are committed to a wedding date between June 1, 2012, and December 31, 2012 in the following counties/areas of the State of NJ: Bergen County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County, Essex County, Union County, Ocean County, Passaic County, Sussex County, Mercer County, Warren County, Hudson County, Somerset County, Morris County, Gloucester County, Camden County, Atlantic Count, Burlington County, and Hunterdon County. Employees of Ultimate Party Central, its affiliated companies and/or companies associated with the implementation, administration and fulfillment of the giveaway and individuals employed as wedding photographers, DJs/MCs, and the immediate family (parents, siblings and children and their spouses) and members of their households, whether related or not, of such individuals are not eligible. Giveaway is void where prohibited.

ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Giveaway begins on January 20, 2012, at 12:01 a.m. EST and ends April 20, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. EST. To enter, access the giveaway entry page at http://ultimatepartycentral.com/Blog/enter-to-win-2012/ and follow the directions to complete and submit an official entry form. Limit of one entry per person. In the event of any dispute as to the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. All entries become the property of Ultimate Party Central. Names of entrants will not be sold to third parties.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of a complete wedding day cover by Ultimate Party Central. Prize consists of one DJ, one MC, one photographer, and our Photo Video Booth with unlimited photos and a keepsake scrapbook, coverage and unlimited locations, custom designed monogram featuring winner and winner’s wedding partner’s names or initials to be projected by our ambient lighting decor system. Approximate retail value of prize is $5,000.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Wedding must take place by December 16, 2012 at a site within one of the locations set forth in “ELIGIBILITY.” Site must be readily accessible. Ultimate Party Central’s staff will work a standard 8 hours. No cash or other substitution of prize is available, except Ultimate Party Central may substitute another prize of comparable value if it determines in its sole discretion that advertised prize is not available. Prize is non-transferable. If wedding is canceled or postponed, prize will be forfeited. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prize and any other expenses not specified relating to the acceptance and use of the prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND SELECTION: Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted by Ultimate Party Centrals on or about May 2, 2012 from among all eligible and timely entries received. Odds of being selected dependent upon the number of entries received in the span of the giveaway. Selected individual(s) will be notified by email, phone, and express mail and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release. Wedding partner of winner will be required to complete and sign a Liability and Publicity Release. Failure to return any required document within fifteen days of delivery, failure to respond to prize notification within fifteen days after dispatch by Ultimate Party Central or return of prize notification as undeliverable, may cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded unless declined by winner.

CONDITIONS: By the act of participating, entrants do so agree:

(A) that they have read and will abide by the official giveaway rules and that the decisions of Ultimate Party Central will be final on all matters regarding the giveaway;

(B) to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Ultimate Party Central, its affiliated and parent companies and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liability or claims resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their participation in the giveaway and the acceptance and use of the prizes offered/won;

(C) to the use of name and wedding photographs of the winner(s) in any advertising or publicity relating to the giveaway and/or Ultimate Party Central in all media, including the posting of the winner’s name on www.ultimatepartycentral.com and www.ultimatepartycentral.com/blog; (D) that Ultimate Party Central has made no warranty or representation relative to the prize except for the regular limited warranty provided with the package awarded.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Ultimate Party Central is not responsible for any incorrect/inaccurate information, either caused by entrants or by any programming/equipment associated with/utilized in the giveaway or by any technical and/or human error which might occur.Ultimate Party Central assumes no responsibility for any error, deletion, omission, defect, interruption, delay in transmission or operation, communications failure, theft or unauthorized tampering of, or alteration of information submitted; nor is it responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any equipment or system, or for any misdelivered, late, damaged, or lost mail.
