Ambient Room LED Accent Up-lighting: adds visual enhancement and stunning effects for all events that will evoke an emotional response from the guests.

Custom Monogram: your names or initials or any custom graphic projected on the dance floor or wall for all your guests to see, a true personalized touch

Pin Spot lighting: Pin spot lights are great for shining down onto tables to highlight the floral center pieces or other decor. These lights shine a very narrow beam to the floral centerpiece or cake to make it “pop off” the table in a dark room. You can pin spot every guest table in a room or just special items such as the wedding cakes.

Custom Audio Production: is a great way to add a personal emotional touch to your first dance, parent dances or special dedications.  Your words will be recorded, edited and produced into your special song.

Video Plasma Displays are a unique way to personalize your event. We can create a touching photo-montage for the guests of honor and there families. For the guests who did not make the ceremony, we can create a ceremony re-cap to recapture the moments.  Our video tech will take loads of zap shots to be shown on the displays, that you will get to keep as an addition to your own pictures. Cinematic Highlight Film

A cinematic highlight film is perfect for those who want to enjoy their wedding day but don’t want to view the entire day’s footage.  We’ll condense hours of footage into a 25 to 35 minute movie that can easily be viewed by your friends and family.  The cinematic style of film will summarize all the major wedding festivities and include voice overs, music, and perfectly selected video scenes.  The high definition video (1920×1080 HD) will then be uploaded to the internet and also burned to a blu-ray disc for your viewing.

Love Story

If you enjoy the camera and want to have a fun time with your wedding film then a love story is perfect for you! We’ll spend an entire day with you to create a story that captures your love.  You’ll act out all the events and moments in the story which makes it fun, exciting, personalized, and will add a special flare to your final wedding films.

Pre-Wedding Interview

Prior to your wedding day, we’ll sit down with the bride and groom to interview you on camera.  We’ll incorporate these two interviews into the final wedding video to give it a true cinematic feel.

Save the Date Film

Are you searching for the perfect way to invite your guests to “save the date”?  The most captivating way to accomplish this is through a special “Save The Date” film!  Our videographers will create a short video clip that you’ll be able to send to all your invitees.  This creates a personalized, fun, and interactive way to tell your guests about your special day!

Same Day Edit – The most requested add-on!

Ultimate Party Central’s video editing team can create a same day edit which incorporates critical elements of the wedding, including bride and groom preparations, the grand entrance, and the wedding ceremony.  Within a few hours of the event we’ll produce this film and have it fully ready for your guests to view.  This 4-7 minute film will highlight the major wedding activities so all your guests can view it on the big screen at your wedding reception.

Documentary Style Shoot

While most prefer cinematography, some brides and grooms want to capture all of their wedding festivities through a documentary style film, which is simply a clean edit of all the wedding events.  Rather than condense your film down to a trailer or highlight movie, we’ll produce a much longer video containing the majority of your footage.  This is the best way to include each and every activity or event from your wedding.

Live Simulcast

If you want your audience to be able to see every little detail of your event on the big screen, then a live simulcast is perfect for you!  During the wedding ceremony and/or reception, we’ll supply large projection screens and/or LED video screens as well as a high definition camera that will film all of the live activities taking place and broadcast them onto the screens.  This is a fabulous option for larger weddings and receptions or ceremonies with numerous small details that your guests might not otherwise notice.

Trash the Dress Film

You’ve had the time to be formal and elegant in your dress, but now that the wedding day has past you can trash your dress!  In a large field, on the beach, or virtually anywhere that suits your taste, we can create a fun film of you trashing your wedding dress.  It’s a time for you to finally relax in an informal atmosphere and have a fun time creating more memories.  We can also coordinate this session with your photographer.

PHOTO VIDEO BOOTH EXPERIENCE

UPC ‘s Innovative L.E.D. Photo Booth Experience! Our unique video/photo booth allows your guests to not only capture photos in black & white or color strip layouts each time they visit the booth, but also enables them to record heartfelt video messages, well-wishings or even record a thank you message to share with your guests hosted in your own private photobooth gallery. Further more our L.E.D. Photo Booth can be illuminated to fit your color theme & to top it off we have an External Screen where we place Your Name  Event and Date in order to create a “True Personal Touch”.

UPC’s Lounge Series Photo Booth Elegantly decorated and equipped to provide you with high resolution instant photos for you and your event. At 7ft long x 5ft wide x 7ft high, we have enough room for 10-12  people to enjoy at once (16 being the current record, although not recommended). Your booth will have professional lighting and your choice of many different background colors for your event. To experience the photo booth process, all one has to do is enter the booth and hit the start button to begin the photo sequence. The booth will then take a series of high quality digital photos and immediately print them out for you.

About our Photos

Our booths produce high-quality, smudge-free, water-resistant photos. Each photo session yields a 4×6 print or 2×6 strip (your choice) in 10.0 megapixel resolution, in about 10 seconds from completion of your session. Each print can be customized to contain your choice of caption  such as “Brielle’s Sweet 16 – January 18, 2013″ or “Justin and Amanda’s Wedding”. Our photo quality is something we think sets us apart from our competition. Please feel free to compare the vivid images in our gallery with those of our competitors. You will notice many company’s prints tend to have a washed out or off-white coloring. With our methods we produce sharp, colorful images, that we believe set us apart from the pack:

Keepsake Scrapbook

We can also provide you with a scrapbook. This is an especially good idea for family events such as Weddings, Bar & Bat Mitzvah’s, and Sweet 16’s. The scrapbook option comes with double prints for each photo session (one for your guest, one for the scrapbook), decorative materials, and everything else you need to create a special keepsake. This provides another way for your guests to leave a special message and memory for you on the most important of days. This is bound to become a prized piece of memorabilia for you and your family.

After the Event

Your experience does not end with your event. Within several days, the photos from your celebration will be available online, right here on our website. Your online gallery will be password protected so that you and your guests will be able to privately access your photos. These photos will be available for up to one year. You can download and print them as you like, or for a nominal fee we can send you copies of selected prints. Additionally, we will send you a CD copy of all your event’s photos so that you can have them all forever.

FlipBooks ($500)

Flip books averages 45-60 flipbooks per hour and is versatile enough to fit into any party setting, from casual to couture; Flip’in Out “Flip Books” studio is set up in a 10 x 10 area where guest are invited inside to make a short video clip. They can see themselves dancing acting out a scene, blowing kisses etc.. and within 90 secs the entire process is completed.

FLIP BOOK EXPERIENCE

The green screen upgrade offers a background beyond the usual color background. The background can be any image you choose or we design for you. Green Screen is offered in the Photography Grade Single Pose style or the Traditional 4 pose style.

First, the photos are taken on a green screen background with additional lighting. Upon printing, the photos will be merged seamlessly with this background. The background can be a logo of your event, sceneries, magazine covers, etc. This is a rare service that you may not find with other photo booth services.

Step & Repeat-Customizable Backdrop ($899)

Glamorous, professional, and stylish, Step & Repeat adds a sophisticated Celebrity feel to your event. Photos of your guests are printed right there at the event in less than 20 seconds – a fantastic favor for them to bring home to remember your event. Your logo and the logos of your sponsors, affiliates, vendors, and more will be displayed prominently on your backdrop. Work with our all star design team in creating the backdrop you want and we will print and set up for you at your event.(The custom backdrop is yours to keep)
